| A. | Yes. Pricing includes delivery to anywhere in the North or South Islands of New Zealand. | |
| Q. | Does the pricing include GST? | |
| A. | GST is added to your invoice when you checkout. The advertised wholesale pricing in the trade shop excludes GST. Within the trade shop we have included recommended retail pricing and unit costs including GST. | |
| Q. | Can you deliver outside of New Zealand? | |
| A. | We can, but it there will be additional charges. Best to contact us via email or phone for more info. | |

| A. | No. Rejuva Trade is unable to accept orders from the general public. Every order will be vetted before being shipped out. | |

| A. | Yes. When you return the stock to us (Auckland or Christchurch) in its original packaging, unopened within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Please phone or email us to arrange a refund. | |
