A.		Yes. Rejuva Trade will deliver free anywhere in the North & South Island's of New Zealand

Q.		What is the minimum order quantity for free delivery?
A.		1 case

Q.		How long will it take to receive my order?
A.		The following business day - to main centres 2 days to all other areas nb. Applies to orders received before 10am Mon-Fri

Q.		What if my order doesn't arrive on time?
A.		It will most likely arrive the following day. We rely on the best couriers across the land, but even they come across road blocks from time to time.


Pricing
Q.		Does pricing include delivery?
A.		Yes. Pricing includes delivery to anywhere in the North or South Islands of New Zealand.

Q.		Does the pricing include GST?
A.		GST is added to your invoice when you checkout. The advertised wholesale pricing in the trade shop excludes GST. Within the trade shop we have included recommended retail pricing and unit costs including GST.

Q.		Can you deliver outside of New Zealand?
A.		We can, but it there will be additional charges. Best to contact us via email or phone for more info.


Payment Options
Q.		Can I pay via Visa or Mastercard?
A.		Yes. Rejuva Trade will only accept these forms of payment

Q.		What about Direct Credit?
A.		Yes. But you'll need to email or phone in your order. And this might take a bit longer than going through the online trade store.


Can I shop here?
Q.		Who can shop at Rejuva Trade?
A.		Any Business, Club, Institution, Charity Group, or Organisation - with a delivery address in New Zealand.

Q.		Can the general public shop on Rejuva Trade?
A.		No. Rejuva Trade is unable to accept orders from the general public. Every order will be vetted before being shipped out.


Refunds
Q.		Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A.		Yes. When you return the stock to us (Auckland or Christchurch) in its original packaging, unopened within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Please phone or email us to arrange a refund.


Privacy &security
Q.		Are my credit card details kept by Rejuva Trade?
A.		When you confirm your order, you will be directed to a secure page hosted by DPS for payment. Rejuva Trade will not be advised of your credit card details at any stage.

Q.		Are my details kept private and confidential?
A.		Yes. Rejuva Trade will not share any customer information to any other person or organisation.
